Personalized Mental Health Support
for Youth and Young Adults
Hi, I'm Mary Ann!
I'll be Your Guide
to Wellness.
I'm glad you're here! Let me share a bit about who I am so we can get to know each other.
My name is Mary Ann Weed and my greatest values are faith and courage. These beliefs impact and shape the way I live and how I work with clients. Because of this, I welcome clients of all beliefs and backgrounds. I want to help you with your unique worldview or spiritual orientation.
I love living in Wisconsin. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities, singing, baking, spending time with my family, and community involvement.
You might also see me chasing my chickens!
I thoroughly enjoy supporting people as they learn, heal, challenge themselves, and strive for emotional and relational growth.
I am dedicated to the well-being of my clients and I believe that the best thing I can offer them is a relationship based on trust and understanding. This relationship creates a space for self-reflection, self-healing, and self-rebuilding.
I believe in focusing on your strengths rather than weaknesses. We'll spotlight your resilience and use it as a foundation for growth. And don't worry – I love thinking outside the box! We'll get creative in finding solutions that truly resonate with you.
Understanding that past experiences shape us, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care. You matter, regardless of your race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, class, religion, or culture. I'm committed to providing caring, respectful therapy for everyone.
You're the expert on your life – I'm here to help you unlock your potential. Therapy is a team effort, and I'm here to encourage, challenge, and support you as you strive for emotional and relational growth.
I blend approaches that look at thoughts, behaviors, relationships, mindfulness practices, and positive psychology. This blend allows us to find the perfect mix that works for you.
Remember, this is your journey. I'm honored to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and support. Let's embark on this path of discovery and growth together!
"I believe in your inner strength and potential. Together, we'll illuminate your path to wellness and joy."
