Our Services Include

1. Individual Counseling (In-person or Teletherapy):
One-on-one sessions to explore feelings, behaviors, and personal growth strategies. Ideal for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, etc.
2. Group Counseling:
Skill-building sessions focusing on common challenges for today's Youth. Topics include anxiety management, tech addiction recovery, building self-esteem, and more.
3. Relational Counseling:
For young adult couples, for siblings, and for parent-child dynamics.

Pricing

45-50 Minute Individual Session: $70 per session
50 Minute Family or Couples Session: $85 per session
60-90 Minute Group Counseling Session: $35 per session

We offer affordable rates that support cash-paying clients. We do not accept Insurance.

I am dedicated to high-quality mental health care that is customized to the needs of my clients, not to the needs of insurance companies. Paying out of pocket can provide a more private, flexible, and confidential counseling experience. My focus is 100% on you and your goals.
